 We are living in the global era, where every Nano second is advance and different from the previous second. The world is changing in all aspects tremendously. If we will talk about the media, let me clear that media is the only weapon to eradicate or minimize the social issues by raising all issues In front of public and other concern organizations.  

In addition to this if we will compare the past ant the present media, we will get millions of advancements in all types of media today from the past days. It was a time when people use to send a letter to their love ones and they waited for months and even years for their reply but now it’s a time of advancement, where we get the messages, mails and even calls in microseconds from all over the world. In the past there were many other manual ways to communicate , like beating drums to gather the people for different activities or events, people themselves use to travel to deliver any message or other information. If we will discuss the sports media in past , there were no any forms of media , people who were interested in sports use to travel to the sports venue to watch the whole event. There was no any concept of print media, past people have never experienced the newspapers, journals and magazines. Simply we can say that there was nothing in the very early days to get any information. Gradually science starts to invent different devices and applications through which people started to connect with the world. Television was introduced first with black and white screen , which brought the excitement among the audiences, after that the computers were invented and then the progressive world gave a lot of devices to the people to enjoy their life.  

Today media is really unbelievable, the professionals of software are working hard and day by day they are creating amazing applications for media groups to create more drama among the people. The top documentaries through the Photoshop and other applications will attract the people towards the media. Media companies are trying to appoint the very creative journalist, who will create the amazing content for the audience. Internet is the biggest blessing of professionals which contain all the media in it , for example you can read the newspaper , you can watch any of TV channel and you can use all the social apps through the internet. Today the journalists and the content writers are very busy to create the very spicy news headlines and other media programs. When we will move on the roads today, we will saw the big screens with a lot of information, the billboards are another media form and many other digital forms of media around us every day. So above is all about the past and the present media.  

Media has its roots in all fields from the religious channels to the drama industry. Media has a big role in sports industry as well, or we can say that media is very important for the sports industry. Sports is the biggest entertainment for trillions of people all around the globe and sports is passion of many athletes as well. Today the media is the backbone of sports industry because whenever any tournament or event get started , the media channels , news papers and all sports fans will use social media to give the all information about the event. Media channels will give the news regarding the venue of event, the squad, the best players and they will also tell us about the sponsorships for the event like HBL PSL. Apart from the digital media and print media the social media will starts the trends for their favorite players and teams. Well wishers will post the pictures of their teams on social media and many other interesting stuff will available on all forms of media. As we know cricket test match is going to start from 5th august so now the Tv channels will conduct the sports programs where the sports analysts will give their opinions and this is how sports information will introduce and circulate in the whole world. Another biggest point is live streaming, the live transmission of events will let the world know what’s going in the sports world. Through the live transmission event the people from the very backward areas can watch the match on the TV as well. Media is really very compulsory for the sports development, its enhancement and its growth. Only media is there which brings the silent sports to the world, the very struggling journalist and other sports reporters use to quest for the hidden sports and they unleash that hidden potentials In front of the world. It will help the sports federations to get the talented athletes from the whole country. 

Sports earn a lot from the media by selling their event footage. Media is also interested in transmission of sports because the half of population is very interested in sports today.
