Covid-19 AND I

I have written this piece very early but this internet is sooo awefull here , so now I get some good signals.  hope u all are fine We are living in this era I have never experienced any lockdown here in my town ever , because we have very peaceful life here in sherqilla. Sports nutrition is one of the advance fields of sports sciences which deals with the study of nutrition of the athletes , the type of diet which is required for players of the different games. Diet is the most important factor for every human being to live a healthy life. It is said that health is wealth so for this we have to take good diet. Especially the players who are participating in different physical activities because during that activity they burn most of the calories. To recover that they have to take a special diet.
